The two-storey building Aeroprogres in the BTS Cargo complex offers a variety of office space for rent in sizes from 20 to 1,000 m2. Every floor is furnished with the basic necessities for an office such as a small kitchen and other social equipment and furnishings. Each office space is available for immediate occupation or, if interested, structural modifications may be carried out according to the requirements of the client. On the building’s ground floor there are two storage spaces available with useable space of 100 and 300 m2.
The Aeroprogres building is completely fenced and the common areas and exterior are monitored by a camera system. Entrance into the building is possible with an electronic chip or an audio gate-keeper. The offices offered for rent in this building are completely safe and secure. Parking is available in the immediate proximity of the building. There is also a public transportation bus stop about 300 m away.
